I can draw many things, but I will not draw complex machinery or complex robots. I will also not draw hate art, or anything fetishizing or undermining any criminal act.

I do draw both SFW and NSFW art.

I retain the right to refuse a commission from a client I deem unfit.

Commissioned art is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. (For commercial use, please contact me directly.)

A %50 down payment is required to begin the commission. Smaller commissions also may be required to pay completely first (I.e. sketch, headshot, or chibi commissions—typically below 50 USD) while other larger commissions can opt to pay the usual half now and half after.

Clients are able to pay a an additional 15 USD rush fee to be put at the top of my queue if it is full and they would like their piece sooner. Otherwise, I will work through my queue in a FCFS manner.

If you give me no visual reference/ref sheet of the character being drawn, an additional 8 USD fee will be applied. If you do provide a reference sheet but require several changes to the character's appearance to be made, an 5 USD fee will be applied instead. For characters with very complex designs, there will be an additional 5-10 USD fee depending on complexity.

I will let you know of any fees beforehand if possible, or as soon as I realize I will need to implement them.

Upon request, I may provide work-in-progress photos for: sketch, line work, flat color, and render stages. Photos can be requested in between. During the sketch process, revisions to the piece will be free. Any change made after this will be an additional fee of a price that will be calculated on the complexity and stage of the piece.

Refunds will not be given after the sketch is done.

Things such as pose, expression, background/drop, etc will be discussed before I begin the sketch.

Estimated turn around times can be requested, but I am human, and my personal life schedule is susceptible to change.

Finished work may only currently be provided in .png or .gif formats.

My art is NOT free to be used in AI training in any way, shape, or form. There will be no exceptions of this, and if it is found that you have done so, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Clients may edit their finished art piece slightly if they ask for permission beforehand and I give express permission for them to do so. This includes adding small things such as a tooth poking out of a mouth, changing an eye color, giving a character freckles, or anything of that sort. Also could include coloring a sketch or lined commission themself.
